This characterised walkcycle is based on Charlie Chaplin's strange walk! 

 

Moom action animation with Reference foortage

Both animation and reference video show the character picking up an object sneakily without being noticed by anyone surround him.
The ending in the reference video was cut due to an unappropriate strange action of mine, so I animated the character running off-screen in my animation instead.
